Robert Maynard	944bc3c0d6	Introduce vtkm::cont::ColorTable replacing vtkm::rendering::ColorTable ... The new and improved vtkm::cont::ColorTable provides a more feature complete color table implementation that is modeled after vtkDiscretizableColorTransferFunction.
