vtkm_rendering now uses vtkm/thirdparty/lodepng
...
Previously it used a version of the decode routines from lodepng
inside the decode functionality.

Sandia Corporation to the National Technology & Engineering Solutions
of Sandia, LLC (NTESS). The copyright statements need to be updated
accordingly.
