2d30e6d45a Coordinate systems are stored as Fields
Previously, `DataSet` managed `CoordinateSystem`s separately from `Field`s.
However, a `CoordinateSystem` is really just a `Field` with some special
attributes. Thus, coordiante systems are now just listed along with the
rest of the fields, and the coordinate systems are simply strings that
point back to the appropriate field. (This was actually the original
concept for `DataSet`, but the coordinate systems were separated from
fields for some now obsolete reasons.)

f8f41e0ef5 Update use of field association enumerations
The enumerations in `vtkm::cont::Field::Association` were renamed in the
previous commit. The old names still exist, but are deprecated. Change
the rest of the code to use the new names.

4650a1da96 Deprecate old methods from DynamicCellSet
The `DynamicCellSet` (and the related `DynamicCellSetBase`) are
deprecated and replaced with `UnknownCellSet` (and `UncertainCellSet`).
Thus, `UnknownCellSet` has some methods inherited from `DynamicCellSet`
but replaced with other functionality. These methods are now marked as
deprecated and their use is removed.

0b84787f78 Deprecate DynamicCellSet and remove from code
The `DynamicCellSet` class is now marked as deprecated (as is the header
that contains it), and all non-deprecated code is moved to its
`UnknownCellSet` replacement.

Also added a deprecation warning for the VariantArrayHandle.h header
file and deleted a couple inappropriate uses of it.

e23989bde1 Use data method to get pointer from std::vector
Do not use `&v.front()` to get the pointer from an `std::vector`. That
behavior is undefined when the vector is empty. Instead, use `v.data()`.

d1a4aecc59 Improvements to moving data into ArrayHandle
We have made several improvements to adding data into an `ArrayHandle`.

## Moving data from an `std::vector`

For numerous reasons, it is convenient to define data in a `std::vector`
and then wrap that into an `ArrayHandle`. It is often the case that an
`std::vector` is filled and then becomes unused once it is converted to an
`ArrayHandle`. In this case, what we really want is to pass the data off to
the `ArrayHandle` so that the `ArrayHandle` is now managing the data and
not the `std::vector`.

C++11 has a mechanism to do this: move semantics. You can now pass
variables to functions as an "rvalue" (right-hand value). When something is
passed as an rvalue, it can pull state out of that variable and move it
somewhere else. `std::vector` implements this movement so that an rvalue
can be moved to another `std::vector` without actually copying the data.
`make_ArrayHandle` now also takes advantage of this feature to move rvalue
`std::vector`s.

There is a special form of `make_ArrayHandle` named `make_ArrayHandleMove`
that takes an rvalue. There is also a special overload of
`make_ArrayHandle` itself that handles an rvalue `vector`. (However, using
the explicit move version is better if you want to make sure the data is
actually moved.)

## Make `ArrayHandle` from initalizer list

A common use case for using `std::vector` (particularly in our unit tests)
is to quickly add an initalizer list into an `ArrayHandle`. Now you can
by simply passing an initializer list to `make_ArrayHandle`.

## Deprecated `make_ArrayHandle` with default shallow copy

For historical reasons, passing an `std::vector` or a pointer to
`make_ArrayHandle` does a shallow copy (i.e. `CopyFlag` defaults to `Off`).
Although more efficient, this mode is inherintly unsafe, and making it the
default is asking for trouble.

To combat this, calling `make_ArrayHandle` without a copy flag is
deprecated. In this way, if you wish to do the faster but more unsafe
creation of an `ArrayHandle` you should explicitly express that.

This requried quite a few changes through the VTK-m source (particularly in
the tests).

## Similar changes to `Field`

`vtkm::cont::Field` has a `make_Field` helper function that is similar to
`make_ArrayHandle`. It also features the ability to create fields from
`std::vector`s and C arrays. It also likewise had the same unsafe behavior
by default of not copying from the source of the arrays.

That behavior has similarly been depreciated. You now have to specify a
copy flag.

The ability to construct a `Field` from an initializer list of values has
also been added.

89fa2c0293 Remove multiple vtkm::cont::CellSet from vtkm::cont::DataSet
By removing the ability to have multiple CellSets in a DataSet
we can simplify the following things:

  - Cell Fields now don't require a CellSet name when being constructed
  - Filters don't need to manage what the active cellset is

6fdc7eb8c0 Add Field::GetRange and CoordinateSystem::GetBounds to library
Following what was done with ArrayRangeCompute, the GetRange and
GetBounds methods are embedded into the vtkm_cont library for the most
common type lists.

Also, and probably more importantly, the device adapter is no longer one
of the arguments for either of these methods. It is no longer needed as
ArrayRangeCompute no longer needs it.

ed43dad6ca Simplify and unify cast interface.
Previously, DynamicArrayHandle and DynamicCellSet had slightly different
interfaces to their CastTo feature. It was a bit confusing and not all
that easy to use.

This change simplifies and unifies them by making each class have a single
CopyTo method that takes a reference to a cast object (an ArrayHandle or
CellSet, respectively) and fills that object with the data contained if
the cast is successfull. This interface gets around having to declare
strange types.

Each object also has a Cast method that has to have a template parameter
specified and returns a reference of that type (if possible).

In addition, the old behavior is preserved for DynamicArrayHandle (but
not DynamicCellSet). To avoid confusion, the name of that cast method is
CastToTypeStorage. However, the method was chaned to not take parameters
to make it consistent with the other Cast method.

Also, the IsType methods have been modified to reflect changes in
cast/copy. IsType now no longer takes arguments. However, an alternate
IsSameType does the same thing but does take an argument.

427f3cf57d Make Rectilinear and Regular builder tests faster
Previously UnitTestDataSetBuilderRectilinear and
UnitTestDataSetBuilderRegular did an exhaustive test of all possible
grid sizes within a certain amount of dimensions and with some number of
ways to build point arrays. This created hundreds of thousands of cases
that were checked, and it was running a long time. At best it wasted
time and at worst ctest reported the test as timed out.

It is not really necessary to perform an exhaustive test. The tests are
changed to do 10 trials using random values for dimensions and fill
methods.

fe1ab945a2 This commit has several changes.
1. Additional ASSERT calls to validate arguments in: DataSetBuilderRegular
2. Fix some untested compile errors in DataSetBuilderRectilinear
3. Added a new unit test, cont/testing/UnitTestDataSetBuilderRectilinear.cxx
4. Provided additional tests for UnitTestDataSetBuilderRegular.cxx.
The new tests in (4) were also included in (3), and provide a much more robust way of validating datasets created. It has nested for loops to do an all-all test on various ways to specify the X,Y, and Z coordinates. It computes the bounds on the coordinate system and make sure they are correct.
Note: The GetBounds() call for Rectilinear is not working, and is an item for future discussion. It is disabled for now.
