Manish Mathai 814ec27f1e Add MapperGlyphScalar and MapperGlyphVector mappers
These mappers can be used to render cell sets as glyphs. The following
glyph types are available for scalar fields:
 - Cube
 - Sphere
 - Axes
 - Quads

For vector fields:
 - Arrows
