cd302effb3 Update lists in TypeListTag.h
A new header named TypeList.h and the type lists have been redefined in
this new file. All the types have been renamed from `TypeListTag*` to
`TypeList*`. TypeListTag.h has been gutted to provide deprecated
versions of the old type list names.

There were also some other type lists that were changed from using the
old `ListTagBase` to the new `List`.

6fc883213c Deprecate ListTag operations
The newer List operations should still work on the old ListTags, so make
those changes first to ensure that everything still works as expected if
given an old ListTag.

Next step is to deprecate ListTagBase itself and move all the lists to
the new types.

07c59fcf72 Update filters with secondary fields to use new policy method
Rather than do a CastAndCall on all possible field types when calling a
worklet with two fields (where they all typically get cast to the same
type as the primary field), use the new mechanism with
ArrayHandleMultiplexer to create one code path.

Also update the ApplyPolicy to accept the Field type, which is used to
determine any additional storage types to support.

86a747a117 Add ability to customize filter policy to auxiliary input fields
The field infrastructure has a "trait" that specifies the valid types
for the default active scalar field. Most filters have at most one input
field. The majority of the remaining filters use the same types for
inputs. There are some examples, however, where some auxiliary fields
use different types. This change adds a second template parameter to
FieldTraits to customize the valid types of the input scalar field to
different fields.

These changes are in anticipation of the removal of list specifier tags
on worklet ControlSignature arguments.

0af0271f59 Filter API enhancements.
This revamps Filter API to improve support for multiblock dataset and
distributed use-cases. Filters now operate on MultiBlock alone thus
`Filter::Execute(MultiBlock&)` is the primary method.
`Filter::Execute(DataSet*)` is only provided as an convenience that
internally puts the dataset into a MultiBlock and calls the primary
method.

Subclasses can provides PreExecute and PostExecute overrides to handle
init/reduction operations for filters with operating on multiple blocks.
Since blocks can be distributed, filters are expected to handle that as
well.

Subclasses can provide `PrepareForExecution(MultiBlock*..)` to customize
behavior for handling multiblock inputs. Default is to simply loop
over blocks.

9eb288419e vtkm::filter now deduces the subset of valid field types.
Previously the ApplyPolicy logic was to use the filters
field set, and ignore the policy field set.

But this caused problems, as a filter couldn't express that
it was able to work on all valid types. This caused
certain complex types Vec of Vec's to fail to work properly,
and would cause compile use code paths that would never
be valid for a given policy.
