takatea 013667fa4e docs: Update FormHelper comments to use `form_with` instead of `form_for` This commit updates the comments in ActionView::Helpers::FormHelper, replacing instances of `form_for` with `form_with` as the recommended approach. The Rails guide has already documented the usage of `form_with` on the form_helpers page. = Action View

Action View is a framework for handling view template lookup and rendering, and provides
view helpers that assist when building HTML forms, Atom feeds and more.
Template formats that Action View handles are ERB (embedded Ruby, typically
used to inline short Ruby snippets inside HTML), and XML Builder.
