Ricardo Díaz 2327ebfdc6 Disable parallel testing when running individual files Setting up the parallel workers could be an overhead when running individual files. This patch disables that process in case the number of files to run is less than one. = Active Support -- Utility classes and Ruby extensions from Rails

Active Support is a collection of utility classes and standard library
extensions that were found useful for the Rails framework. These additions
reside in this package so they can be loaded as needed in Ruby projects
outside of Rails.
