Yves Senn 836ea9fb42 `TimeWithZone` raises `NoMethodError` in proper context. Closes #9772. `TimeWithZone` delegates everything to the wrapped `Time` object using `method_missing`. The result is that `NoMethodError` error will be raised in the context of `Time` which leads to a misleading debug output.		2013-03-18 17:41:34 +01:00

= Active Support -- Utility classes and Ruby extensions from Rails

Active Support is a collection of utility classes and standard library
extensions that were found useful for the Rails framework. These additions
reside in this package so they can be loaded as needed in Ruby projects
outside of Rails.


== Download and installation

The latest version of Active Support can be installed with RubyGems:

  % [sudo] gem install activesupport
