Sayan Chakraborty a54e13bd2e Add missing support for modulo operations on durations Rails 5.1 introduce an `ActiveSupport::Duration::Scalar` class as a wrapper around a numeric value as a way of ensuring a duration was the outcome of an expression. However the implementation was missing support for modulo operations. This commit adds support for those operations and should result in a duration being returned from expressions involving them. = Active Support -- Utility classes and Ruby extensions from Rails

Active Support is a collection of utility classes and standard library
extensions that were found useful for the Rails framework. These additions
reside in this package so they can be loaded as needed in Ruby projects
outside of Rails.

The latest version of Active Support can be installed with RubyGems:

  $ gem install activesupport
