Tsukuru Tanimichi 9ed1b07b5e Remove unused `remove_file` method In #32780, We have supported the `--skip-sprockets` option in the `app:update` task. When `options[:api]` is truthy, `option[:skip_sprockets]` is also truthy. = Railties -- Gluing the Engine to the Rails

Railties is responsible for gluing all frameworks together. Overall, it:

* handles the bootstrapping process for a Rails application;

* manages the +rails+ command line interface;

* and provides the Rails generators core.
