Máximo Mussini 1598ad5c4b Ensure modules are preloaded correctly using rel=modulepreload. Prior to this change, javascript_include_tag was sending a hint using rel="preload" for all scripts, including those of type="module". This causes the browser to make a request to preload the script, but because the rel is incorrect, it won't be able to reuse it. When passing type="module", it should use rel=modulepreload instead. = Action View

Action View is a framework for handling view template lookup and rendering, and provides
view helpers that assist when building HTML forms, Atom feeds and more.
Template formats that Action View handles are ERB (embedded Ruby, typically
used to inline short Ruby snippets inside HTML), and XML Builder.
