fix(dap): remove explicit load_launchjs call (#4634)

## Description

The explicit call to `load_launchjs` is unnecessary, since after
https://github.com/mfussenegger/nvim-dap/pull/1237 `.vscode/launch.json`
files are loaded automatically.
