Use the standard way of building cmake projects. This also removes the
unnecessary build files from the output.

04b55451e8 runescape-launcher: Switch to openssl_1_1 
The Runescape launcher requires  1.1.x versions of openssl libs (specifically
libssl.so.1.1 and libcrypto.so.1.1). The default
openssl package being v3.x.y was too new
and caused the build to fail.

3350d42244 prismlauncher: use jdk17 instead of jdk 
Prism Launcher only officially supports jdk 17/18 for running newer
versions of Minecraft, as they found that jdk 19 introduced a number of
edge cases.
This fixes an issue where the newer version of Java that the launcher
proposes is incompatible with the launcher itself, leading to errors
when running instances on newer versions of Minecraft.

9833d56c24 treewide: mark packages broken that never built on PLATFORM 
Done with the help of https://github.com/Mindavi/nixpkgs-mark-broken
Tool is still WIP but this is one of the first results.

I manually audited the results and removed some results that were not valid.

Note that some of these packages maybe should have more constrained platforms set
instead of broken set, but I think not being perfectly correct is better than
just keep trying to build all these things and never succeeding.

Some observations:

- Some darwin builds require XCode tools
- aarch64-linux builds sometimes suffer from using gcc9
  - gcc9 is getting older and misses some new libraries/features
- Sometimes tools try to do system detection or expect some explicit settings for
  platforms that are not x86_64-linux

heroic: Add Feral Interactive GameMode to Heroic FHS environment 
The Heroic Games Launcher has built-in support for running games with GameMode.
This change makes the client executable available in the Heroic FHS environment,
but the NixOS module will need to be enabled on the host system.
