1a6039cb45 Enable parallel building of gcc, glibc, gmp, mpfr, ncurses, coreutils, perl, python, git, and qt4. 
If a build expressions has set "enableParallelBuilding = true", then the
generic builder may utilize more than one CPU core to build that particular
expression. This feature works out of the box for GNU Make. Expressions that
use other build drivers like Boost.Jam or SCons have to specify appropriate
flags such as "-j${NIX_BUILD_CORES}" themselves.

1c3f49e06f * Changed version of gcc to 4.0.1 - 5484 on darwin 
* Added dsymutil to gcc wrapper env on darwin
 * turned off make check for gnugrep on darwin
 * added --enable-bsd=libs configure flag for gnugrep on darwin

a0159dee8e * Reverted r6713, r6711, r4623, r3660, r2237. There rewrote fetchurl 
URLs to http://nix.cs.uu.nl/dist/tarballs.  With content-addressable
  mirror support (r9190, NIXPKGS-70) this is no longer necessary:
  fetchurl will try to download from that location automatically.  So
  we can keep the original URLs.
