Revert "ledger: Enable building of tests, and concurrent make"
This reverts commit acfa8cb2a98f96d96c46b52c7563f0be3bf4e700.

This fails because none of the tests seems to be working for the version
that's in nixpkgs master.

Ledger is a powerful, double-entry accounting system that is accessed
from the UNIX command-line. This may put off some users, as there is
no flashy UI, but for those who want unparalleled reporting access to
their data, there really is no alternative.
