Jan Tojnar 903f5dd519 Revert "pcsclite: Explicitly set ipcdir"
This reverts commit bc877d8bfcfe8c1b82687b725c823a0154c7d572.

This is no longer necessary, since 1.9.0 finally uses /run by default.
