Yury G. Kudryashov 83a44e5a65 wxGTK: rely on gtk.propagatedBuildInputs
gtkLibs224.gtk actually propagates libpng etc. through gdk_pixbuf,
so using gtk.libpng etc. makes no sense.

Remove unused 'inherit lib*;' in gtk.
