Kent Mein 38ec778cb7 This should fix up saving a blender runtime.
If you look at the log, the last change to this file I was trying to fix
game engine bug #6667.  In so doing I added a print usage if you do not
pass any arguments to the gameplayer.

Things should work better now.

GPG_Application.h Sorry to break the cvs-closed status, so if you really need to make a new 2.40 build, just disable the game engine if it doesn't compile for a platform. Again, sorry if this breaks non-windows platforms, but I hope people help to get this amazing fix working for all platforms. Armature-fixing contribution from Snailrose.
