Fixed fsck tests on Windows - must use native_path
Also note the single quotes to deal with Windows backslash paths

Windows fsck test: output from shasum is slightly different in MinGW
It just reports the path with a '*' prefix which was enough to break it,
be more tolerant and just extract SHA instead of testing whole string
