Makefile: build manual content based on AsciiDoc files
When we ported our documentation from Ronn to AsciiDoc, we failed to
update the Makefile target, so changes to our documentation didn't cause
the help to be updated.  Let's fix that so rebuilding the binary with
updated docs causes them to be included.
