David Craine e307947384 Fixed bug in PMD and CPD where entire project was not being checked because only the highest level package was being examined for

java files.  Now all descendent packages are being checked as well.

To enable this plugin simply extract the PMDOpenTool.jar and the pmd-0.9.jar file into the JBuilder lib/ext directory.  Once you restart JBuilder the toolbars and menus should reflect that PMD is now available.
