eaa6479ae3 Cycles: bump node changes to add a Distance input that controls the overall displacement
distance, and an Invert option to invert the bump effect.

d236b4d60f Cycles bump node: change the Strength value to work better, previously it would
give results that were either too weak or too strong, this makes it give more
predictable results. The downside is that it breaks backwards compatibility but
the previous behavior was almost broken.

fe09b24e86 Cycles: per-BSDF normal input and new Bump node.
Each BSDF node now has a Normal input, which can be used to set a custom normal
for the BSDF, for example if you want to have only bump on one of the layers in
a multilayer material.

The Bump node can be used to generate a normal from a scalar value, the same as
what happens when you connect a scalar value to the displacement output.

Documentation has been updated with the latest changes:
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:2.6/Manual/Render/Cycles/Nodes

Patch by Agustin Benavidez, some implementation tweaks by me.

da376e0237 Cycles render engine, initial commit. This is the engine itself, blender modifications and build instructions will follow later.
Cycles uses code from some great open source projects, many thanks them:

* BVH building and traversal code from NVidia's "Understanding the Efficiency of Ray Traversal on GPUs":

* Open Shading Language for a large part of the shading system:

* Blender for procedural textures and a few other nodes.
* Approximate Catmull Clark subdivision from NVidia Mesh tools:

* Sobol direction vectors from:
