Brecht Van Lommel 186bdbd8d8 Fix #33344: cycles motion blur was still crashing on CUDA sm 2.0. Solution now
is also an optimization, use quaternion nlerp instead of slerp, there's no good
reason to use slerp, and nlerp is faster too.

Moved the AttributeStandard enum typedef and the attribute_standard_name mapping function to util_attribute/util_types headers, so they can properly be used by kernel and render files alike.
