Ryan Gustafson 771cc59624 Update dogfood for new junit Rules.

Simplify the RuleViolationFactory API, with ripple changes to implementations, RuleViolation implementations, and AbstractRule which uses the factory.

Change AbstractRuleViolationFactory to support expanding '${propertyName}' in messages.  This will allow Rule messages to use property values in them.
