Ryan Gustafson 85d4e6b3ed Correct typeof function to not return true by default, and to not match when a Node's syntactic type matches it's TR type (i.e. self matching).

These were bugs introduced when refactoring for XPath 2.0 support.  Really need to get better test coverage.  Automatic comparison of violations between PMD versions on the same code base would have made this problem immediately apparent.  I'm just too lazy to be doing these kinds of regression tests by hand (it needs to be automatic).
