Thomas Szepe 3dd83b533a BGE: Adding a Max Jumps value to the character physic window
Actually we only have a Python API that allows to change the max jumps value.
The patch also allows non programmers to change the maximum numbers of jumps.

PHY_DynamicTypes.h BGE cleanup: Removing the PHY__Vector classes and replacing them with MT_Vectors. PHY_IVehicle.h BGE: Removing the source files for the PHY interfaces since they just contained virtual destructors. This means we had license and doc blocks for 3 lines of code, which seemed silly.
