Adds JNI handling for request and reply messages (also arrays of custom types). VPP-534 Remove references to DTOs created in JVpp

JVM objects allocated from a native thread need to be freed,
they are not subject to GC.

Generates java classes based on typeonly definitions
(hashcode, equals and toString methods are also included).

Adds JNI handling for request and reply messages
(also arrays of custom types).
