Klement Sekera	e4504c6320	BFD: fix timing in the main loop ... Properly wakeup the main process loop only when necessary to avoid missed events. Improve BFD unit test reliability and speed. Klement Sekera	0e3c0de1ed	BFD: basic asynchronous session up/down ... This is a work-in-progress basic BFD session handling. Only asynchronous mode is supported at the moment.
