Ole Troan d847d1c682 VPP-340: MAP-T wrong destination address ...

The bug was in VAT MAP code parsing a 32 bit integer into a 8 bit
type.  Perhaps we should try to build some defences in
unformat_chech_input() to avoid these errors.

Rebuild.
