Stuart Turton 6f84da00a2 Convert parser classes from the initial (CPD) version to separate AST* classes in order allow the Visitor pattern (as used in ...

PMD).

These classes work with CPD, but also form an initial basis for PLSQL integration with PMD.

Also viewer_properties has been copied under src/main/resources so that it is automatically included in the packaged JAR file.
