Stuart Turton ef23c93398 Minor refactoring of NodeType and class which reference it StackObject, SequenceChecker, Linker etc.

The aspiration in  NodeType was to convert it to an enumeration: this refactoring moves AbstractDataFlowNode.stringFromType to make the class a bit more enum like and to make it publicly available for use in debugging other languages.
