Thomas Dinges 83b5d7d2cd Editors UI:
* Add "Toggle Full Screen" and "Duplicate Area into New Window" operators to the view menu, was missing in those 2 operators. Patch [#33076] by Harley Acheson, thanks.

* Also moved those two operators to the top in text editor, for consistency.

properties_game.py BGE: Adding support for Bullet's collision masks. Each object now has a collision mask and a collision group. Object A and object B collide if object A's groups is in object B's mask and object B's group is in object A's mask.
