Pierre Pfister ef65cb0696 Add custom mac address option to vhost interfaces. ...

Generating a new MAC address everytime vpp reboots can quickly
become cumbersome (e.g. in test scenarios).
This commit allows vhost mac addresses to be configured
manually.
